THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF DAMAGES FOR WHICH WE WILL BE LIABLE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID FOR ANY PRODUCT IN CONNECTION WITH WHICH YOU PROVIDED YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, OR $100.
